Deborah Lippmann Summer 2017 Collection Review

Deborah Lippmann Summer 2017 Collection Review 0

"Inspired by the modern jetsetter's wanderlust and the pulsating energy found at exotic locations around the globe, deborah lippmann's Cool For The Summer collection features five psychedelic and vivid new shades.  Available in the innovative dual-patented 7-free Gel Lab Pro formula, 10 active ingredients help to deliver health, wear and shine, providing the high gloss and cushiony plumped look similar to a traditional gel manicure, without nail damage.

  • Health: 7-free formula with evening primrose, keratin, biotin, green tea extract, aucoumea, rice protein
  • Wear: bamboo, nonychosine F
  • Shine: nylon, caranauba wax

Accompanied by a new advanced contour brush, its rounded tip follows the curve of the cuticles and 320 bristles spread polish evenly for an effortless, streak-free application.

Embody the exotic cultures of the globe with these lively new shades: Hot Child in the City, a full coverage bright orange creme, Shut up and Dance, a full coverage poppy pink creme, I'm too Sexy, a full coverage sandy nude creme, Stargasm, a full coverage gold shimmer, and Stupid Boy, a full coverage royal cobalt creme." according to the official press release.  Please be advised, Stupid Boy, not featured here, is a Sephora exclusive shade.

The Summer collection is comprised of the following shades-

Stargasm: a shimmering rose gold. [full coverage rose gold]

Hot Child in the City: a bright almost neon coraly orange cream. [full coverage bright orange]

I'm too Sexy: a full coverage light nude cream. [full coverage sandy nude]

Shut up and Dance: a bright shimmering pink, that reflects light. [full coverage poppy pink]

(all swatches shown here are two coats, and are taken outdoors in natural light.)

I absolutely Love this collection.  I think its very fun, and completely wearable.  The nude, I'm too Sexy,  is so gorgeous and virtually perfect, will completement so many different skin tones well becuase it has just the right amount of rosey undertones.  The orange, Hot Child in the City,  is so vibrant and will look so gorgeous on toes, as will Shut up and Dance. Rose gold, Stargasm,  is a tricky color to produce and many brands don't get it quite right. I think Deborah has finally made a great one.  The formula is just right, and the color is spot on!

I found the formula on all of the shades awesome and super easy to work with.  The bottle's brush is my absolute favorite, it hugs the cuticles just right and makes for an easy paint job.

This collection is out and available now, retailing for $20 a bottle (.5 fl oz / 15 mL)

Essie Wild Nudes collection review

Essie Wild Nudes collection review 0

"Skin is in this season, so strip down and take the plunge with essie's new wild nudes collection.  Untamed, fierce and sexy, these disarming shades will totally charm the pants off one and all.  It's time to disrobe and show the world your true colors.

Nude can be nice.  From a light tan with a wash of white to a shadowy blue, these shades are meant to be exposed.  Strip down and bare it all in the wildest of nudes.

Take a walk on the wild side and embrace your inner nudist as we dance in the moonlight and become one with nature.  Beyond this point, it's clothing optional, so let's get cozy without a stitch and play a game of truth or bare.  Choose bare and get ready to be exposed because it might be time to skinny dip and go on a cheeky winning streak with all nine wild nude shades." according to the official press release.

The essie wild nudes collection includes:

Skinny Dip: a semi sheer pink nude cream. [light peach pink with a slight hint of black]

Bare with me: a vintage dusty rose pink cream. [apricot tone with gray cast]

Wild Nude: a creamy taupe. [light tan with a wash of white]

Without a Stitch: an elephant gray cream with lavender undertones. [clean light gray]

Mooning: a moody blue gray cream.  Very unique and gorgeous shade. [light shadowy blue with an undertone of black]

Exposed: a dark army green cream with dark grey undertones. [mossy green with a slight white overcast]

Truth or Bare: a mocha chocolate brown cream. [light cinnamon brown with a hint of red]

Clothing Optional: a cinnamon brown cream. [natural sienna brown]

Winning Streak: a dark raisin purple cream with charcoal undertones. [dark purple with a grayish tone]

(all swatches shown here are 2 coats, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

I honestly must say that this is probably my most favorite essie collection ever! The colors are beyond gorgeous and so wearable, including on all skin tones, there is something for everyone. They're all creamy and gorgeous, and could realistically be worn year round on both fingers and toes.

I was very impressed with the formula; each color painted on smoothly, evenly, and easily.

I couldn't recommend this collection more.

The essie wild nudes collection is out and available now and retails for $9 per 0.46 fl oz/13.5 ml bottle.

Essie Spring 2017 Review

Essie Spring 2017 Review 0

"Don't think. Just get in the car and drive.  Go with your most colorful instincts and take a spur of the moment trip down the coast.  Inspired by sun-filled beach days and spectacular sunsets of Baja, California, the essie spring 2017 collection features warm inviting hues that create the perfect mood for a springtime filled with fashionable adventures.

With Baja in mind, essie Global Color Designer Rebecca Minkoff helped inspire the landscape of colors of the spring 2017 collection- the sapphire waves, the sandy shores and the brilliant, creamy pink sunsets over the cactus-filled desert.  These stunning, vivid colors provide the perfect palette for spring and are the idyllic backdrop for a road trip with your best friends.  So grab your girls and hit your favorite route- this colorful essie road trip is calling your name.

Sparked by a fuchsia b'aha moment and fueled by the perfect plum playlist a la the designated dj, the ride of your life just won't stop- except maybe for a cutie in the car next to you, excuse me, sur.  The vibrant green avocado of on the roadie drives 'em wild, every time.  Backseat besties can't help but laugh out loud when they get punchy in guava pink.  Azure sapphire is all the wave, making a splash in an oceanic hue of blue that's the perfect way to  express yourself in signature essie chic." according to the official press release.

The Essie Spring 2017 collection includes the following shades-

Designated DJ: a deep purple plum creme.

Escuse me, Sur: a fun flamingo pink creme.

On the Roadie: a grass green creme.

Backseat Besties: a carnation pink creme.

All the Wave: a rich deep blue cream. A 1 coat wonder!

B'aha Moment: a raspberry pink cream. A 1 coat wonder!

(all shades shown here are two coats, and are taken outdoors in natural sunlight).

This collection is comprised of 6 fun creme shades.  I found them to be highly pigmented, slightly more so than usual, with a couple of them being one coat wonders.  I think the shades are very fun and wearable, with some of the bolder colors people might reserve for their pedicures.

I didn't experience any issues what so ever with the formula.  They all painted on smoothly and beautifully with ease.

The collection is out now and retails for $9 each.

Essie Fall 2016 Collection Review 0

"There is a reason why the fashion-savvy flock to the number one street style destination in the world: Tokyo. Japan's electric capital boasts taste, flair and an uncanny aptitude for mixing fashion metaphors. If you're lucky enough to be there in the fall, you get the added picturesque pleasure of watching the autumn leaves change color against the magnificent gray backdrop of Mount Fuji in the distance. Get caught in a whirlwind of spectacular fall color fit for a Geisha, introducing essie fall 2016 collection.

From Ginza to Harajuku, it's impossible not to find yourself entranced in the mix of Tokyo's colorful surroundings! Inspired by essie Glorbal Color Designer, Rebecca Minkoff's, time in Tokyo, the essie fall 2016 collection captures the city's wild street style, electric cuisine and riot of autumnal colors.

The six shade palette of mesmerizing hues channels the changing fall foliage along with the modern and traditional sides of Tokyo's bustling city. Ranging from intense deeps to serene pastels, the essie fall 2016 collection bottles up the perfect balance of trendsetting color and classic looks.

now and zen all you need is a night on the town to maki me happy, tell the girls to kimono on over and go go geisha tonight. Tokyo is the city to forget playing koi- udon know me yet, but after a night of karaoke you'll never forget me." according to the official press release.

The essie fall 2016 collection is comprised of the following creamy colors-

Kimono Over: a deep purple grape cream. [inviting damson plum]

Playing Koi: a spiced pumpkin cream. A mix of burnt orange and brown. [flirtatious orange rust]

Go go Geisha: a dusty light pink rose cream. [antique blossom pink]

Now & Zen: an elephant gray cream. [timeless sage gray]

Udon Know Me: a washed light blue cream, with slight gray undertones. [mysterious stony blue]

(all swatches are 2 coats, unless stated otherwise, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

This is a very beautiful collection.  And I think some of the most creative, clever, and quirky names Essie has yet to come out with. Only one of the colors I am not a huge fan of, Playing Koi, but that doesn't mean others won't like it.

My personal favorites are: Kimono Over, Now and Zen, and Udon Know Me

"Grabbing winter by the laces, Morgan Taylor introduces The Great Ice-Scape Winter 2016 Collection. Offering six charming shades of soft pinks, milky blues, and a copper shimmer; all inspired by the graceful art of figure skating.

The revolutionary patent-pending swirl stem brush with a tapered cut ensures perfect color application. Its meticulous design hugs the curvature of the nail. Now you can master the runway with instant gel-like shine and avant essie color." according to the official press release.

the 16 essie gel couture shades I have to share with you here include-

Rock the Runway: a bright firey cherry red cream.  [fierce scarlet red]

2. Sit me in the Front Row: a deep magenta cream.  [distinguished juicy raspberry]

3. Haute to Trot: a playful peony pink cream. [handcrafted lavender rose]

4. Model Citizen: a medium magenta cream.  [flawless light deep pink]

5. On the List: a coral peach cream.  [prolific tangerine coral]

6. Beauty Nap: a sage green cream.  [dreamy gray-moss]

7. Labels Only: a medium lavender with a pink shimmer running through it.  [lavish frosted sapphire]

8. Find me on a Man-nequin: a blue purple hybrid cream.  [magnetic ultramarine blue]

9. Twill Seeker: a medium grayed out purple with an iridescent green shimmer running through it.  [enchanting pewter with sage luster]

10. Model Clicks: a rich oxblood cream.  [fashionable aubergine wine]

11. Gala-Vanting: a deep burgundy cream.  [jovial marooned red]

12. Surrounded by Studs: a dark navy blue cream with slate gray undertones.   [bejeweled blue]

13. Caviar Bar: an indigo navy blue cream.  [magnificent deep navy]

14. Pre-show Jitters: an off white cream with slight pink undertones. [alabaster white]

15. Make the Cut: a pearlized taupe beige cream.  It's so gorgeous and super unique in my opinion  [pearlized nude greige]

16. Fairy Tailor: a semi sheer pink nude. You can see visible nail line through it.  [sheer nude pink]

(all swatches shown here are 2 coats, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

I am absolutely in LOVE with this latest line from Essie.  When I was first exposed to it back in April at the Nail Pro Pasadena trade show I was super impressed- the bottle, the packaging, the bristles, the brush, the pigmentation, almost everything about it.

I don't think I have ever used a polish that painted on more smoothly, evenly, or as easily as this does.  The contoured brush bristles make painting near the cuticle area a dream come true.  The revolutionary swirl design on the brush helps prevent polish dripage, which can be a huge bummer not to mention a complete mess.

The fact that the polish dries faster than conventional polishes is a huge plus not only for me as a tech, but more importantly for my clients who impatiently wait for their nails to dry.  And if I am working on a set, this product line is an absolute dream come true.

The color offerings are perfect too.  Not too many colors, but just enough to please everyone's taste and preferences.

The top coat is smooth, and pleasantly plump.

One of my biggest concerns was storage.  I was worried that due to the beautiful shape of the bottles, I would have issues storing the polishes on my nail polish wall racks.  Need not fear.  The bottles fit perfectly, and aligned very beautifully at an elegant angle.

Some of my personal favorites include: Make the Cut, Caviar Bar, and Rock the Runway

essie's gel couture nail polish retails at $11.50 per bottle and will be available at http://www.essie.com/gel-couture, fine salons and beauty destinations nationwide.

Morgan Taylor: A Very Nauti-cal Girl Summer 2016 Collection Review

Morgan Taylor: A Very Nauti-cal Girl Summer 2016 Collection Review 0

"Ahoy! Set sail with the A Very Nauti-cal Girl collection from Morgan Taylor Lacquer for May through July 2016.  Inspired by summer sailing, this four-piece collection navigates its way through the sun-filled season with a blazing red, deep sea blue, sunset magenta and sailor white.  This collection's cool shades boast a classic twist to keep your nails maritime ready until fall!

"This collection was developed for the beach babe who is the captain of her own style and enjoys expressing her personality through her nails," says brand namesakes Morgan Haile and Taylor Daniel.  "Each shade will help her cruise through the warmer serasons!" according to the official press release.

A Very Nauti-cal Girl collection is comprised of the following shades:

Girls Love Buoys: a bold and bright magenta cream.  A One Coat Wonder! Incredibly well pigmented. Sort of has a neon quality to it regarding the fact that it sort of drys to a matte finish. [magenta creme]

Catch My Drift: a royal blue cream with violet undertones. [cobalt creme]

My Yacht, My Rules!: an off white taupe with a shimmer running through it. [white frost]

Wish Upon A Starboard: a bright fire engine true red cream. [cherry creme]

(all swatches shown here are two coats, without a top coat, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

I have to be totally honest and candid with you all, initially I wasn't super impressed with the collection.  I found it sort of basic and unnecessary.  However, once I played around with it I started to change my mind.

I found most of the shades to be well pigmented, Girls Love Buoys in particular- which covered completely in a single coat which always makes me supremely happy. The rest of the colors built up nicely with two coats. There was no issues with streaking or pooling.

My two personal favorites and recommendations from this collection are: Girls Love Buoys and My Yacht, My Rules!

A Very Nauti-cal Girl 2016 summer drop-in collection from Morgan Taylor will be available for a limited time beginning May 2016 at fine salons nationwide and at MorganTaylorLacquer.com. The suggested retail price is $9 each (15 mL 0.5 fl oz) and $14.95 for the 4-piece mini pack (not shown here)

Introducing Holographic gel from Color Club

Introducing Holographic gel from Color Club 0

I hope everyone has had a great week so far.

I am so beyond excited to introduce a revolutionary product from Color Club- Holographic Gel Polish.  No other brands in the US market have made a holographic gel polish, and I am so grateful Color Club has done so, and man is it perfection.

The Color Club Holographic's I have to share with you here include-

Harp On It: a holographic silver.

Eternal Beauty: a holographic purple.

Blue Heaven: a holographic icy blue.

(all swatches shown here are two coats, cured each for 30 seconds in an LED light, and are taken outdoors in natural sunlight).

With the introduction of their gel polish line, Color Club has done a few things differently.  All of their gel polishes are packaged in a duo pack, meaning you get both the gel polish color and its comparable nail lacquer, so for customers who want matching toes this is perfect! Also, Color Club paints the cap on the gel polish bottles, so not only do you know exactly what color is inside the bottle, but you can locate the color very easily, especially if you store it in a drawer.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with these.  They are so beyond cool and very easy to use.  I was under the impression I would have to wait a little bit to let the gel polish settle before curing it in order to achieve a strong holographic effect, but that was not the case.  After painting it on, I was able to cure it essentially right away and still had an amazing holographic effect.

I was very impressed with the quality.  The gel polish applied very smoothly and evenly, without any brush strokes, or any problems.

The Color Club Holographic duo packs retail for $29.95 each, and contain 15 mL (0.5 fl oz) bottles of both the gel polish and nail lacquer.

I highly recommend you give these a try! Your customers will go bananas for them! I promise 🙂

Jin Soon Polish Review

Jin Soon Polish Review 0

I am very excited to introduce to my readers JINSoon.  For those who aren't familiar, Jin Soon Choi is a Korean born popular celebrity manicurist based in New York City.  Her eponomous polish line launched in 2012 to rave reviews, and now I see why.

The shades featured here include-

Auspicious: a light grey creme, with a very subtle lavender undertone.

Nostalgia: a perfect creamy nude.

Nocturne: a blackened gunmetal in a metallic finish.

Chamonix: a black that dries to a textured "leather-like" finish.

(all swatches shown here are two coats, and are photographed outdoors in natural sunlight).

I am absolutely in LOVE with this line, and there are a few reasons why.

First off, I love the packaging. It's very unique and different from whats out there on the market.  It's sleek and elegant, but most importantly it's not bulky; this is super important for me, for I'm always performing manicures on sets, and when polishes are packaged in too large of bottles I can't travel with as many.  But these small bad boys fit beautifully in both my travel kit, and in my hand when using them to paint.

I found formula to be quite great and highly pigmented. I really liked the brush.  I found it very easy to work with.  Each of the shades I tried painted on smoothly, effortlessly, evenly, and with zero brush strokes.  The polishes all happen to be 5 free as well (formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, and camphor), which is also a great thing- the less toxic chemicals the better.

If you haven't yet tried out this brand I highly recommend you do so.

JINSoon nail polishes retail for $18 per 0.37 fl oz (11 mL) bottle.

For more information on JINSoon or to purchase online, check them out here: http://www.jinsoon.com/

CHANEL Sunrise Trip 683 Review

CHANEL Sunrise Trip 683 Review 0

Leave it to the folks at CHANEL to introduce a single color for the Spring Summer 2016 season! Only they could do this, and boy am I ever obsessed.

The notion that companies introduce upwards of 18 colors in a single collection I find silly and unnecessary.  How many shades of bright cherry red creme do we honestly need? CHANEL typically introduces 3 shades in a season's collection, however, they're starting off this year with a bang by focusing on a single color- Sunrise Trip #683.

Sunrise Trip is quite magical and a chameleon of sorts.  It is a purple/blue hybrid that sort of changes depending on the light's reflection.  It is a jelly finish, which I personally Love, and is quite unique for CHANEL polish.  Typically CHANEL polish comes in a creme or pearlized finish, but this glass-like jelly formula I absolutely adore.  It painted on smoothly and evenly, with absolutely no visible brush strokes or streaking.

Very highly pigmented, in a single coat there is tremendous coverage.  With two coats you have complete coverage.

I love the shade, I find it highly unique, and greatly recommend you pick it up before its too late.

Le Vernis CHANEL in Sunrise Trip 683 is available now, and retails for $28 per 0.4 fl oz (13 ml) bottle.

For more information on CHANEL or to purchase, check them out online: http://www.chanel.com/

· Misty - ZP827: An easy to wear taupe that is an updated version of gray with
just a touch of green to make it daring.

· Ireland - ZP826: A uniquely wearable green that is muted enough to make it subtle
yet still interesting. This green is well balanced between blue & yellow so it’s
flattering on all skin tones.

· Lake - ZP828: A softened blue that gives the effect of serene water with just a
hint of vibrancy to preserve its luminosity." according to the official press release.

The Zoya Whispers collection is comprised of the following colors:

Misty: a greige creme with slight light brown undertones.

Ireland: a soft light green creme.Provided amazing coverage.  Highly pigmented.

April: a creamy nude with rose undertones. Had great coverage with just one coat.

Lake: a dusty light blue creme with slight grey undertones.

Eastyn: a dusty light lavender creme with grey undertones.  Highly pigmented.  Provided excellent coverage in a single coat.

(all swatches shown here are two coats, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

What a pretty collection.  I honestly think this is the perfect transitional collection of colors to take us away from the metallics and glitters we were doing last year, but before we go with the bold bright and neon hues of summer to come.  I'm really impressed with the formula and how highly pigmented some of the colors were.  They all painted on smoothly and effortlessly, giving me zero problems.

My personal favorites are: Eastyn, Lake, and April.

The colors retail for $9 per 0.5 fl oz (15 mL) bottle, and are available now.

Essie Retro Revival 2016 Collection Review

Essie Retro Revival 2016 Collection Review 0

"For essie's fabulous 35th anniversary, we're celebrating Vegas-style, in honor of the ultimate party town where it all began.  When the brand first debuted, there was no better place to create a splash than in Las Vegas where showgirls and chic card dealers fell instantly in love with the game-changing assortment of shades.  For them, a beautiful manicure was a winning hand.

In celebration of this iconic birthday, the legendary essie color archive has been opened with a thrilling glimpse into the brand's dazzling history.  The result is a limited edition collection of six iconic shades.  With pearl, sheer, frosted and iridescent shades, each promises a sparkling night of thrills.  And, yes... the rumors are true: we're bringing back starry starry night! It wouldn't be a party without this coveted item, until now fetching hundreds of dollars on eBay.

Isn't it fun getting into a retro mood? As a nod to the iconic vintage sign of the Stardust Casino that lit up the Strip, this one-of-a- kind collection features gold starbursts embellished on essie's signature white cap.  It's a time to head to Vegas to party like its 1981!" according to the official press release.

Essie's Retro Revival 2016 Collection includes the following shades:

Life of the Party: a deep cranberry shimmer. Very highly pigmented.  Provided excellent coverage with even one coat.  From 2002. [pinot noir pearl]

Cabana Boy: a pearly very light gray with a faint lavender undertone. From 2005. [ultra-cool pearly white]

Sequin Sash: a semi-sheer shimmering nude with beige/pink undertones. From 2005. [sheer glittery bronze]

Bikini with a Martini: a semi-sheer frosted pink with an iridescence running through it. From 2006. [frosted iridescent pink]

Birthday Suit: a light beige creme. From 1981, part of the original 12 essie colors. [cheeky delicate nude]

Starry Starry Night: a jelly dark navy blue with small silver glitter specks in it. From 1985. The original formula is said to have contained diamond dust.  Unfortunately this newer version doesn't, but it's still gorgeous, and to the untrained eye, you would never in a million years be able to tell.  [twinkling midnight blue]

(all swatches shown here are two coats, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

I don't think I have ever been more obsessed with a polish collection! I absolutely LOVE the idea of bringing back old classic coveted shades.  The notion is absolutely brilliant, and I sure hope this isn't the only time essie does it.  I also love the gold starbursts on the bottle, attention to detail is everything!

As far as the formula is concerned, they all painted on smoothly, evenly, and easily.  I didn't experience any issues like brush strokes, or pooling.

It's so hard for me to pick favorites, but if I absolutely have to, I would say: Starry Starry Night, Sequin Sash, and Cabana Boy are my top 3 must haves.

Keep in mind this collection is limited edition, so make sure to not wait and grab these colors before they're gone for good.

Essie's limited-edition Retro Revival 2016 Collection retails at $8.50 per bottle and will be available in January 2016 at http://www.essie.com/, fine salons, and beauty destinations nationwide.

The Starlight Collection by OPI is comprised of the following colors:

Love is in my Cards: a bright candy apple red creme. [this warm, romantic red is destined for me]

Ro-Man-ce on the Moon: a shimmering crimson red. [rendezvous in the glow of this lustrous, rich red]

Guys & Galaxies: a classic oxblood creme. [this maroon beauty makes my world go 'round]

I'm in the Moon for Love: a shimmering medium plum purple. [simply because I'm wearing this plum]

Cosmo with a Twist: a deep purple with shimmering blue particles in it. The color is so gorgeous in the light! [subtle sparkle adds depth to this purple]

Give Me Space: a medium blue with iridescent and holographic fine glitter particles in it. [night-sky blue with room to sparkle]

Center of the You-niverse: a blackened steel with silver and black glitter specks in it. [endless space black shimmer]

Super Star Status: a fine silver glitter with a chunky round gold glitter particles.  A very textured and multi-dimensional shade. [a spotlight- sterling silver and gold glitter]

I Drive a SuperNova: a platinum metallic silver. [hitch a ride on this lustrous sterling silver]

By the Light of the Moon: a platinum silver, similar to I Drive a SuperNova, however it featured various sized silver glitter particles. [silvery and sparkly... prepare to swoon]

Comet Closer: a light shimmering yellow gold that has a slight texture and depth to it. [may I take this warm, textured gold?]

Is this Star Taken?: a light shimmering yellow gold, similar to Comet Closer, however it also features fine holographic bar glitters. [iridescent icicles fly in this smooth gold]

Ce-less-tial is More: a mix of light pink and light yellow gold glitter particles in a textured finish. [this pink super glitter shines with heavenly light]

Press * for Silver: a mix between a rose gold and a white gold in a metallic finish. [this warm, rosy silver really calls to me]

Two Wrongs Don't Make a Meteorite:  the same as Infrared-y to Glow, but with the addition of gunmetal diamond shaped glitter pieces. [this rosy, golden confetti is so right-on!]

No More Mr. Night Sky: a gorgeous metallic gunmetal. [an assertive, dark, shimmery gray]

(all swatches shown here are two coats, and are taken outdoors in natural light).

What a fun and rather extensive collection!  What I really like about it is a lot of the shades can be layered a top one another to create really unique and spectacular looks.  I really admire how glitter and metallic focused this collection is.  I feel like OPI usually sticks to shimmers and creams, however, this collection definitely mixes things up, which I love, especially around the holiday times as we celebrate and dress festively.

I didn't experience any issues with any of the metallic chromes in this collection.  They all painted on smoothly and evenly, and didn't show any brush strokes whatsoever.

Also, I found the glitters to be densely packed with glitter.  All of the shades shown here are only two coats.  There was no need for a third coat.

This does happen to be a rather large collection, but here are some of my favorites and recommendations: Cosmo with a Twist, Give Me Space, Super Star Status, and Ce-less-tial is More.
