black diamonds

New from Azature

New from Azature 0

Hey guys.  Happy Thursday!! It's almost the weekend, so hold on just a little longer.

In the meantime, I've got some fun gorgeous new shades to share with you from Azature- the only polish in the world that features a real black diamond in every bottle.

I've got four sumptuous shades to share with you all:

Santorini Diamond: a deep teal shimmer.  It is incredibly pigmented.  I had complete coverage in a single coat.  What I like to call a "One Coat Wonder"!! ["This shade is inspired by the Santorini diamond.  Like the luxurious gleam of the Aegean Sea, this blue is perfect for Summer."]

Glacier Diamond: iridescent holographic glitter bars in a clear base.  It removed easily, which is always a plus with glitters.  It can be worn alone, or I layered it over a coat of black for a truly magical effect.  ["this shade is inspired by the glacier diamond.  This icy tone brings a bold shimmer with majestic depth."]

Rose Gold Diamond: a perfect foil warm metallic bronzey rose gold.  Incredibly pigmented.  Covered perfectly in a single coat.  A very rare shade.  I highly recommend it! The finish wasn't streaky at all.  The best rose gold shade of polish I have ever seen on the market!  ["This shade is inspired by the rose gold diamond.  This versatile metallic is warm, flattering and offers a glowing alternative to silver and gold."]

Boudoir Diamond: a deep midnight black with a micro fine shimmer to it.  The most highly pigmented black based polish I have ever come across! Complete coverage in a single coat.  Flawless! A true "One Coat Wonder"  It's the most gorgeous, elegant, sophisticated black polish I have ever encountered.  ["This shade is inspired by the boudoir diamond.  This tough, coal-black gets a feminine edge with a subtle dose of sparkle."]

(all swatches shown here are two coats).

Overall I am very pleased with these four shades.  I found them incredibly pigmented, with many of them being "One Coat Wonders".  Between the unique beautiful packaging and the fact there is a black diamond in every bottle is enough to make these polishes truly stand out and outshine their competitors.  If you haven't picked up a few bottles of Azature Black Diamond Nail Lacquer for your home or salon I highly suggest you do.

AZATURE Polish Summer Collection 2014 Swatches 0

The latest collection of black diamond infused nail lacquers from AZATURE for Summer 2014 has finally arrived.  This five piece collection hits the nail on the head (pun intended) regarding on-trend Great colors.  As customary with AZATURE polishes, these shades also have delightful poems printed on the back, and feature a real black diamond in every bottle!

The AZATURE Summer 2014 Collection includes:

Lapis Diamond: a bold cobalt blue. (This shade is inspired by the lapis diamond. Lapis' intense pigment has been prized by artists- and beauty mavens- for centuries).

Coral Diamond:  a bright beautiful coral. (This shade is inspired by the coral diamond.  This color exudes the warmth and depth of the ocean reefs).

Lavender Diamond: a berry purple hue.  (This shade is inspired by the lavender diamond.  This pale violet shade brings to mind lavender's theraputic scent and decadent color)

Jade Diamond: a girly mint green.  (This shade is inspired by the jade diamond.  Jade became a rare, valued gem in ancient China and remains a symbol of good luck today).

Rose Diamond: a bright magenta pink.  (This shade is inspired by the rose diamond.  Pink roses symbolize love and femininity, and this color reflects that romantic, youthful spirit).

(all swatches shown here are 2 coats and a top coat).

All in all I really enjoyed this latest collection from AZATURE.  They are taking a chance and getting more bold and vivid with regards to their color offerings, and I think it will definitely pay off.  I found the formula as usual to be quite great and easy to work with.  My personal pics in this collection are: Coral & Lapis Diamonds.

Check out some of the latest shades of Azature Black Diamond Nail Polish I got to review.  Like all Azature polishes, each bottle of polish is infused with a black diamond! The colors are beautiful, and I always love the little individual stories printed on the back of the bottles.

The colors swatched here include:

White: standard bright French tip white. The story on the back reads: "This shade is inspired by the faint white diamond. White captures the energy of light, and it brightness and clarity is associated with purity and fresh starts."

Gold Diamond: a shimmering metallic yellow gold.  I find most metallic polishes to be quite streaky in application, but this shade was a dream to work with.  Absolutely streak free and paints on very smoothly. The story on the back reads: "This shade is inspired by the gold diamond.  Gold represents achievement and glamour with its eye catching shimmer -- and its the color of first place the world over."

Wine Diamond: a glittery glistening deep magenta wine color. The story on the back reads: "This shade is inspired by the wine diamond.  The versatile color plays well with a range of tones, calling to mind balance & harmony."

Charcoal Diamond: a shimmering multi- faceted dark coco color. The story on the back reads, "This shade is inspired by the charcoal diamond, the confluence of blues, black, and grey give this color a depth and strength."

Plum Diamond: a shimmery blurple, depending on the shifting of the light, the shade can appear anywhere from a deep metallic purple to a dark sultry blue. The story on the back reads, "This shade is inspired by the plum diamond. Plum is a deep, feminine color that reflects spirituality and mystery."

Blush Diamond: a ballet pink slipper.  The story on the back reads, "This shade is inspired by the blush diamond. The playful, young shade is a modest-yet-girly play on pink."
